Inc. Organization, its members/volunteers, The Devereux Foundation,
its Officers, Directors, employees, agents, contractors, representatives,

N.J. Motorsports Park from any and all claims including, but
not limited to, bodily injury, property damage or death, as
well as any and all judgments, liabilities of any kind or
